蛋白磷酸酶( PPP)家族在体内参与调节多种重要的生理功能,包括细胞周期、细胞生长及分化等过程。通过对在信号转导中起着重要作用的PPP基因进行序列比对,研究人、猪、大鼠、小鼠以及大猩猩的PPP基因家族的进化。结果表明:除了ppp1r3a 基因序列分化较晚,基因保守性略高外,其它蛋白磷酸酶基因家族序列分化较早,分支较大,但在分化后保守性高。

단백린산매( PPP)가족재체내삼여조절다충중요적생리공능,포괄세포주기、세포생장급분화등과정。통과대재신호전도중기착중요작용적PPP기인진행서렬비대,연구인、저、대서、소서이급대성성적PPP기인가족적진화。결과표명:제료ppp1r3a 기인서렬분화교만,기인보수성략고외,기타단백린산매기인가족서렬분화교조,분지교대,단재분화후보수성고。
Protein phosphatase ( PPP) family was involved in regulating in vivo a variety of important physiological functions, including cell cycle, cell growth and differentiation processes.In this paper, we aligned sequences of PPP genes which play an important role in the signal transduction, to study evolution of PPP gene family, among Homo, Suidae, Rattus, Mus, and Gorilla The results show that ppp1r3a gene sequence was late differentiation, and slightly conservative, whilst the other protein phosphatase gene family sequences were earlier differentiation, larger branch, but highly conserved after differentiation.
