通过结合高职院校教学秘书实际情况,从外在激励和内在激励两个方面出发,提出“制度建设→专业成长→工作优化→职业发展”的激励实践体系,并将激励措施应用到教学秘书工作实践当中。根据实施激励措施的经验总结,基于内外激励相结合、个人发展与教学管理相结合、激励措施优化等三个视角进行了理性的思考。
通過結閤高職院校教學祕書實際情況,從外在激勵和內在激勵兩箇方麵齣髮,提齣“製度建設→專業成長→工作優化→職業髮展”的激勵實踐體繫,併將激勵措施應用到教學祕書工作實踐噹中。根據實施激勵措施的經驗總結,基于內外激勵相結閤、箇人髮展與教學管理相結閤、激勵措施優化等三箇視角進行瞭理性的思攷。
통과결합고직원교교학비서실제정황,종외재격려화내재격려량개방면출발,제출“제도건설→전업성장→공작우화→직업발전”적격려실천체계,병장격려조시응용도교학비서공작실천당중。근거실시격려조시적경험총결,기우내외격려상결합、개인발전여교학관리상결합、격려조시우화등삼개시각진행료이성적사고。
Through combining the actual situation of teaching secretaries in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward incen?tive practice system of institution construction, professional growing, work optimization and occupational development from the two aspects of external and internal incentives. Incentive measures are applied to the working practice of teaching secretaries. According to the summary of experience of implementing incentive measures, rational thinking is made based on the three perspectives:combi?nation of external and internal incentives, integration of personal development with teaching management and optimization of incen?tive measures.
