为了改善无水泥砂浆水化过程中的碱性环境,进一步提高砂浆的力学性能,试验通过控制激发剂总量,并改变激发剂组合中各组分的掺量比例来研究其对无水泥砂浆性能的影响,试验结果表明:完全采用粉煤灰、高炉矿渣及生石灰作为胶凝材料的无水泥砂浆的表观密度值均大于OPC;不同龄期未掺入激发剂的N0S0K0组强度值均明显低于OPC,而N7.5S0K0,N5S0K2.5及N2.5S0K5三种组合的无水泥砂浆强度值均与OPC相当,甚至高于OPC。
為瞭改善無水泥砂漿水化過程中的堿性環境,進一步提高砂漿的力學性能,試驗通過控製激髮劑總量,併改變激髮劑組閤中各組分的摻量比例來研究其對無水泥砂漿性能的影響,試驗結果錶明:完全採用粉煤灰、高爐礦渣及生石灰作為膠凝材料的無水泥砂漿的錶觀密度值均大于OPC;不同齡期未摻入激髮劑的N0S0K0組彊度值均明顯低于OPC,而N7.5S0K0,N5S0K2.5及N2.5S0K5三種組閤的無水泥砂漿彊度值均與OPC相噹,甚至高于OPC。

In order to improve the alkaline environment of no cement mortars in hydration process,and to improve the mechanical properties of mortars,the test study the performance of no cement mortars by controlling the amount of activators and changing the ratio of each component im-pact. The results showed that:the apparent densities of no cement mortars were all higher than OPC. In different ages,the strength of N0S0K0 unincorporated activator was significantly lower than OPC,and the strength values of no cement mortars N7. 5S0K0,N5S0K2. 5 and N2. 5S0K5 were quite obvious to OPC,even higher than OPC.
