就业能力是动态的、发展的概念，是与职业相关的综合能力，包括外显能力与内隐素质。内隐素质包括价值观、自我定位、驱动力和人格特质等内在深层稳定的心理特征，对就业能力起着关键的影响作用。内隐素质与人文教育息息相关，人文教育是提升高职生就业能力的基础和关键，进行良好的人文教育可以提高就业率、就业质量，可以对从根本上构建现代职业教育体系起着良好的推动作用。
就業能力是動態的、髮展的概唸，是與職業相關的綜閤能力，包括外顯能力與內隱素質。內隱素質包括價值觀、自我定位、驅動力和人格特質等內在深層穩定的心理特徵，對就業能力起著關鍵的影響作用。內隱素質與人文教育息息相關，人文教育是提升高職生就業能力的基礎和關鍵，進行良好的人文教育可以提高就業率、就業質量，可以對從根本上構建現代職業教育體繫起著良好的推動作用。
취업능력시동태적、발전적개념，시여직업상관적종합능력，포괄외현능력여내은소질。내은소질포괄개치관、자아정위、구동력화인격특질등내재심층은정적심리특정，대취업능력기착관건적영향작용。내은소질여인문교육식식상관，인문교육시제승고직생취업능력적기출화관건，진행량호적인문교육가이제고취업솔、취업질량，가이대종근본상구건현대직업교육체계기착량호적추동작용。
Employment ability is a dynamic and developing concept. It is a kind of comprehensive ability related to careers including extravert capability and implicit quality. Implicit quality which plays a key role in employment ability includes some internal, deep and stable psychological characteristics, such as values, self-orientation, driving force and personality traits,and so on. Implicit quali?ty is closely linked with humanistic education which is the foundation and key to promoting employment ability of higher vocational college students. A good humanistic education can improve employment rate and employment quality. It can play a promoting role in constructing the modern vocational education system fundamentally.
