为了研究北方村镇中单层框架结构体系民宅的动力特性，采用有限元软件ANSYS对某北方村镇民宅的主框架建立三维有限元模型，并计算了主体框架的前六阶主振型，得到了前六阶振型的结构自振频率、周期、主振型特点等动力特性参数，所得到的结论可以为北方村镇框架结构体系民宅的抗震设计提供依据。

In order to study dynamic characteristics of single frame system in northern villages houses,the main frame of the finite element soft-ware ANSYS to a northern village houses the establishment of three-dimensional finite element model,the main frame of the first six order vibra-tion mode and structure calculation,the first 6 modes of vibration frequency,cycle,the main vibration characteristics the dynamic characteristic parameters are obtained,and provide the basis for seismic design of the results for northern villages frame houses.
