辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，肩负着教育学生树立正确世界观、人生观、价值观的重要任务，在推动高等教育内涵发展进程中具有重要地位和作用。新形势下，要通过辅导员职业理想的培育、专业素养的提升、工作能力的加强等方面来促进高校辅导员队伍建设，以推动高等教育内涵式发展。
