煤矿井下受地质条件影响和瓦斯治理要求的限制，布置的巷道难免会出现一个或多个变坡点，如果按照一个坡段安一部胶带机负责运输，需投入多台设备和人员，会极大地浪费人力、物力。文章以李阳煤业150112高抽巷掘进为例，针对在大倾角交水平巷道中下运矸石时胶带输送机出现的问题，对胶带输送机进行了技术改造，满足了下运矸石的要求，达到了预期效果。

It is influenced by geological conditions and the limitation of gas control requirements underground of Coal Mine ,it will inevi-tably be layout of roadway one or more variable slope,if transport in accordance with a slope spell a tape machine,the need for multiple devices and personnel,greatly waste of manpower and material resources.The article took 150112 high alley pumping drivage as exam-ple in Liyang Mining Co., Ltd.,it aimed at the high-angle roadway lower pay level waste pipe belt conveyor when the middle and lower transport waste rock of roadway,technological transformation of belt conveyor,meet the requirement of waste rock,under the the desired effect.
