目的：评估孕妇的心理特点，探讨采用放松训练配合心理疏导对孕妇产前焦虑干预的影响。方法2013年1月～2013年12月在妇保科随机抽取系统建卡的孕妇388例为研究对象，并随机分为两组，从孕妇32周开始进行焦虑评估、社会支持评定、妊娠压力测定等，对照组应用传统方法进行常规产前检查，孕妇学校学习；干预组除了进行常规产前检查，孕妇学校学习外，对孕妇不同的心理状态进行多样化产前教育，应用放松训练结合心理疏导进行干预，跟踪随访两组孕妇心理状态变化、分娩结局和新生儿情况等。结果对照组和干预组孕36周、产前、产后的焦虑水平经统计学检验，两组差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组和干预组在剖宫产率，有指针剖宫产、产后出血和新生儿窒息率几方面，经统计学校验，两组差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用放松训练结合心理疏导对孕妇进行干预，能有效地帮助孕妇有效减少焦虑的发生，改善分娩结局，降低新生儿窒息率。
목적：평고잉부적심리특점，탐토채용방송훈련배합심리소도대잉부산전초필간예적영향。방법2013년1월～2013년12월재부보과수궤추취계통건잡적잉부388례위연구대상，병수궤분위량조，종잉부32주개시진행초필평고、사회지지평정、임신압력측정등，대조조응용전통방법진행상규산전검사，잉부학교학습；간예조제료진행상규산전검사，잉부학교학습외，대잉부불동적심리상태진행다양화산전교육，응용방송훈련결합심리소도진행간예，근종수방량조잉부심리상태변화、분면결국화신생인정황등。결과대조조화간예조잉36주、산전、산후적초필수평경통계학검험，량조차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；대조조화간예조재부궁산솔，유지침부궁산、산후출혈화신생인질식솔궤방면，경통계학교험，량조차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용방송훈련결합심리소도대잉부진행간예，능유효지방조잉부유효감소초필적발생，개선분면결국，강저신생인질식솔。
Objective To evaluate the feature of maternities’mental health and Study on the effect of relaxation training combined with psychological counseling for prenatal anxiety intervention in pregnant women . Methods 388 cases of pregnant women were selected as researchers for the study. All researchers were divided into two groups,194 cases of each. From the 32th week of pregnancy,anxiety assessment,social support evaluating and pregnancy pressure measurement have been done to participated pregnant women. The pregnant women in intervention group got psychological guidance and relaxation training,including the schedule of control group,such as prenatal examination and the routine classes teaching pregnant women in the school . Results Anxiety level of intervention group at 36th week,antenatal and postpartum period were better than that of control group(P<0.05),and so as cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage and probability of newborns’asphyxi(P < 0.05). Conclusion Relaxation training combined with psychological counseling for prenatal anxiety intervention is good for the pregnant women.
