分布式电源和电容器的优化配置能够有效地减少配电网损耗和提高电压稳定性。在此基础上,建立了以系统网损最小为目标函数的优化模型,运用灵敏度的方法求解分布式电源和电容器的安装位置,提出用启发式拟合技术的方法求解分布式电源和电容器的安装容量。最后,以IEEE-33节点为测试系统,通过几个典型的对比案例的分析和实验,验证分布式电源和并联电容器的联合优化,能够满足良好电压的情况下最大限度减少系统的损耗,并且能够减少配电线路的负载。

The configuration of distributed generator and capacitor can effectively reduce distribution network losses and improve voltage stability .On this basis , network optimization model with minimum system losses of the objective function was established .Meanwhile , the sensitivity method for solving installation location of distributed power and capacitors was applied .Heuristic fitting technique for solving distributed generator and capacitors installed capacity was proposed.Finally, as the IEEE-33 node for test system, and through analysis and comparison of several typical experiment cases , it is possible to minimize the network-losses with good voltage of the system through joint optimiza-tion of the distributed generator and parallel capacitor supply , and can reduce the load of distribution lines .
