目的：探讨扁桃体及腺样体切除术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年6月～2014年3月收治的120例OSAHS患儿的临床资料，所有患儿均在全麻下采用剥离法切除扁桃体，鼻内镜下用腺样体刮匙切除腺样体，观察其临床效果。结果89例行扁桃体和腺样体切除术，12例行单纯腺样体切除术，19例行单纯扁桃体切除术，术后憋气现象均消失，有5例仍有打鼾或张口呼吸症状，有效率为95.83%。结论扁桃体肥大及腺样体肥大是引起小儿OSAHS的常见原因，扁桃体及腺样体切除术是治疗OSAHS有效的方法。
목적：탐토편도체급선양체절제술치료인동조새성수면호흡잠정저통기종합정（OSAHS）적림상효과。방법회고성분석2012년6월～2014년3월수치적120례OSAHS환인적림상자료，소유환인균재전마하채용박리법절제편도체，비내경하용선양체괄시절제선양체，관찰기림상효과。결과89례행편도체화선양체절제술，12례행단순선양체절제술，19례행단순편도체절제술，술후별기현상균소실，유5례잉유타한혹장구호흡증상，유효솔위95.83%。결론편도체비대급선양체비대시인기소인OSAHS적상견원인，편도체급선양체절제술시치료OSAHS유효적방법。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy treated snoring disease in children. Methods 120 cases of children with snoring disease were analyzed retrospectively,and all subjects were treated of tonsillectomy by the stripping method and adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy. Clinical effect of the operation was observed. Results Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy were 89 cases,adenoidectomy was 12 cases, tonsillectomy was 19 cases,breath phenomenon disappeared after surgery,and there were still 5 cases of snoring or breathing opening mouth,the effective rate was 95.83%. Conclusions Tonsul hypertrophy and adenoid hypertrophy is a common cause of pediatric snoring,and tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy is an effective method of treatment of children with sleep apnea.
