政府履行食品安全信息披露义务是解决食品市场信息不对称、保障消费者知情权的需要。我国现行食品安全信息披露制度存在披露主体不明确、披露范围不足、责任追究制度不完善等缺憾，应借鉴他国经验，通过建立或完善食品安全信息追溯制度、公众参与制度、信息同意披露制度、责任追究制度等，进一步完善政府食品安全信息披露制度。

Government’s fulfillment of the obligation of the food safety information disclosure is necessary to solve the problem of food market information asymmetry and ensure the need of consumers right to know. The existing food safety information disclosure system in China has its vulnerability in the obscurity of disclosure authority, the range of disclosure in-formation and the accountability for it. On the basis of the relevant experiences in other governments, it is necessary for us to improve the information disclosure in food safety information disclosure system of China by building up or revising the tracea-bility system of food safety information, public participation, permission of information disclosure and its accountability.
