为解决动臂斗杆复合动作时动臂无法提升、合理分配多路阀内流量的问题,文章设计了一种节流阀,采用CFD软件对动臂联和斗杆联进行流场仿真,然后采用AM ESim仿真最终确定结构参数。研究表明,采用新型节流阀后,动臂油缸与斗杆油缸压差变小,并且可以通过改变优先节流孔的尺寸来调节压力分布,从而解决流量分配问题。通过对动臂斗杆复合动作协调性研究及实验验证,最终确定所设计的节流阀优先节流孔面积为2.457 mm2,等效直径为1.77 mm ,满足实际挖掘复合动作时动臂提升要求。
為解決動臂鬥桿複閤動作時動臂無法提升、閤理分配多路閥內流量的問題,文章設計瞭一種節流閥,採用CFD軟件對動臂聯和鬥桿聯進行流場倣真,然後採用AM ESim倣真最終確定結構參數。研究錶明,採用新型節流閥後,動臂油缸與鬥桿油缸壓差變小,併且可以通過改變優先節流孔的呎吋來調節壓力分佈,從而解決流量分配問題。通過對動臂鬥桿複閤動作協調性研究及實驗驗證,最終確定所設計的節流閥優先節流孔麵積為2.457 mm2,等效直徑為1.77 mm ,滿足實際挖掘複閤動作時動臂提升要求。

In order to solve the problem of boom lifting when boom and arm are going on compound movements ,and solve the distribution problem of flow quantity in main control valve ,a throttle valve is designed ,the flow fields of boom and arm are simulated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the structural parameters are determined by using AMESim software .It is found that the new throttle valve can decrease the pressure difference between boom cylinder and arm cylinder ,and the problem of flow distribution can be solved by changing the priority orifice size to regulate pressure distribution .Through the research and experiments on the multi‐operational coordination of boom and arm ,the area of priority orifice of throttle valve is ultimately determined as 2.457 mm2 and the equiva‐lent diameter is 1.77 mm ,meeting the requirements of boom lifting in actual excavation .
