准确评估电子式电能表可靠性水平,对于保障电力系统安全稳定运行、保证电能计量精度具有重要意义。采用Telcordia SR-332可靠性预计标准,设计开发了一种基于VC++的电子式电能表可靠性预计系统,系统由人机交互界面、可靠性计算模块和数据库操作模块组成,能够根据输入的电能表模型快速获取各元器件、各模块的失效率以及整块电能表的失效率和可靠寿命预估。系统操作简单、方便,大大缩短了电能表可靠性预计所需时间,预测结果与统计结果相符。

An accurate assessment plays an important role in the stable operation of power system , as well as the ac-curacy of power measurement .The electronic power meter prediction software which uses Telcordia SR-332 is de-signed and developed on VC++in this paper .The software consists of three modules which are users interface mod-ule, reliability calculation module and databases operations module .With the input of a power meter model , the soft-ware can rapidly calculate the failure rate on device level , unit level and system level as well as the reliable life span of the system .The operation of the software is simple and convenient , it can greatly shorten the time for power meter reliability prediction and the result given by the software is in accordance with statistical data .
