本文通过文献梳理，比较了中西期刊数据库中2008-2013年法律语言研究的现状，考察了国内外法律语言论文研究近六年的总体趋势以及研究热点。研究发现：国内外法律语言研究论文呈逐年上升趋势，论文发表的期刊种类多元，国内外法律语言研究领域分布广。国内论文注重法律翻译研究和法律英语教学。国外论文注重对法律语言进行语篇分析，法律语用研究和法律语义研究也是热点领域。在研究方法上，实证研究方法是国外论文主流的研究方法，国内论文中实证研究也呈上升趋势。本文对中国法律语言研究有一定借鉴作用。

This study makes a comparison of the research status of legal language between Chinese and western journal databases in the year of 2008-2013,and investigates the overall trend and research hotspots of legal language study at home and abroad. It is found that papers on legal language research at home and abroad all showed a trend of rising year by year, with scattered periodical distribution. With a wide distribution of research field, the domestic papers focus on legal translation and English teaching. Overseas research attaches great importance to legal discourse analysis, and legal semantic research and legal pragmatic study are also hot fields. Meanwhile, empirical research method is the mainstream of foreign papers’ research methods, and on the rise in domestic papers. This study has a certain reference value to the Chinese legal language research.
