文章利用发动机性能仿真软件GT‐Power建立柴油机计算模型,验证了模型的准确性;选取喷油系统参数中预喷油量、预喷油角、主喷油角作为设计变量进行DOE试验设计,对试验结果进行曲面拟合;应用多目标帕累托选择法进行参数寻优,得到发动机外特性典型工况下的最佳喷油参数。仿真分析表明,优化后发动机功率提高,NOx 排放降低,同时燃油消耗率基本保持不变,Soot恶化不明显。

Computational model of a diesel engine is established based on the engine performance simu‐lation software GT‐Power ,and its accuracy is verified .The fuel injection system parameters ,such as pre‐injection fuel mass ,pre‐injection angle and main‐injection angle ,are selected as design variables for the design of experiment (DOE) .The results of DOE are for surface fitting .The multi‐objective Pareto algorithm is used to optimize parameters and the optimal solutions of engine typical operating conditions are found out .The simulation results show that engine powers increase ,NOx emissions are reduced significantly ,fuel consumption remains basically unchanged ,and Soot is less deteriorated .
