烟草废水中含有香精香料、生物碱、酚类、醇类等多种难降解有机物,成分复杂,浓度较高。采用气浮+水解酸化+接触氧化+斜管沉淀+砂滤活性炭组合工艺处理此类废水。运行结果表明,当进水COD为550 mg/L左右时,二级出水COD<70 mg/L,中水出水COD<38 mg/L,出水水质分别达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准和《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)的再生水回用水质标准。该工艺运行稳定可靠,可操作性强,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
煙草廢水中含有香精香料、生物堿、酚類、醇類等多種難降解有機物,成分複雜,濃度較高。採用氣浮+水解痠化+接觸氧化+斜管沉澱+砂濾活性炭組閤工藝處理此類廢水。運行結果錶明,噹進水COD為550 mg/L左右時,二級齣水COD<70 mg/L,中水齣水COD<38 mg/L,齣水水質分彆達到《汙水綜閤排放標準》(GB 8978—1996)的一級排放標準和《城市汙水再生利用城市雜用水水質》(GB/T 18920—2002)的再生水迴用水質標準。該工藝運行穩定可靠,可操作性彊,具有良好的經濟效益和環境效益。

Tobacco wastewater contains a large quantity of organic substances,such as essence and spice,alkaloid, phenols,alcohols,etc.,which are characterized by refractory degradation,complex components,and high concentra-tion. The combined process,air flotation+hydrolysis acidification+contact oxidation+inclined tube sedimentation+sand filtration activated carbon,has been used for treating this kind of wastewater. The running results show that when the influent COD is about 550 mg/L,the secondary effluent COD is less than 70 mg/L,and the reclaimed water effluent COD less than 38 mg/L. The effluent water quality meets the requirements of the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996) and the reclaimed and recycling water quality standard specified in the City Miscellaneous Water Quality of City Sewage Regeneration and Recycling (GB/T 18920—2002). The practice shows that the combined process runs stably and reliably with high operability and great economic and environmental benefits.
