利用多阶抽样与实地调查技术相结合的方法，对三峡库区的林地蓄积量进行估测，并分析这种方法的抽样精度。结果表明：基于多阶抽样的林地蓄积量监测方法所估测的活立木蓄积量，与三峡库区一、二类清查数据进行误差分析，总体精度分别达到99．52％、94．19％，估计精度为87．16％，这种估测方法具有较好的总体精度和稳定性。

We used the multi-stage sampling technology and the field survey to estimate the forest stock volume of the Three Gor -ges Reservoir area , and analyzed the sampling accuracy .We took the error analysis between the standing volume by multi-stage sampling and the total standing volume by the Investigation I and II with the overall accuracy of 94.19%and 94.19%, respectively, and the estimating accuracy was 87.16%.
