随着我国高等医学教育地不断发展,如今医疗技术水平迈向更高的领域,而医疗事故、医疗纠纷、医患关系紧张的问题也凸显,归根结底源自医生医德医风的缺失而造成的。因此,加强医学生人文素质培养是刻不容缓的事情。该文结合实际,从带教老师方面着手,利用教学资源、改变教学方法,整合医学和人文课程,从而提高医学生人文素养。

With the continuous development of higher medical education in our country, the level of medical technology has stepped forward to a higher field. However, the problem of medical accidents, medical disputes and nervous doctor-patient relationship becomes serious, which ultimately attributes to the doctors’ lack of medical ethics. Therefore, it is urgent to reinforce the cultivation of humanistic quality of medical students. This thesis aims to improve the humanistic quality of medical students by teachers through taking advantage of teaching resources, changing teaching methods and integrating the medical curriculum and humanistic curriculum.
