以商洛钼尾矿为试验矿样,以氯氧镁水泥为胶凝材料,进行了制砖研究。通过MgO、MgCl2和钼尾矿等的混合,经搅拌、振动后制备免烧砖,研究了波美度和钼尾矿掺加量对免烧砖性能的影响,并分析了尾矿对免烧砖性能影响的机理。研究结果表明,当卤水波美度为28%,尾矿掺加量为80%时,性能较好,其28d的抗折强度和抗压强度分别为3.35MPa和9.28MPa。

Using molybdenum tailings in Shangluo as a core sample and magnesium oxychloride cement as cementi-tious materials, the banking-free brick is prepared by mixing molybdenum tailings, MgO and MgCl2, and then vibration and stirring. The effects of molybdenum tailings content and °Bé of brine on properties of the banking-free brick and the mechanism are studied. The results show that when the molybdenum tailings content is 80% and °Bé of brine is 28%, the 28d anti-pressure strength and flexural strength of prepared banking-free brick are respectively 3.35MPa and 9.28MPa.
