目的 探讨信号传导及转录活化因子3(STAT3)和脑胶质瘤相关癌基因1(Gli1)在大肠癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义.方法 原发性大肠癌患者69例,采用免疫组织化学法检测STAT3和Gli1在大肠癌组织及相应癌旁组织中的表达水平,分析STAT3和Gli1的表达水平与大肠癌临床病理学之间的关系.结果 STAT3在大肠癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(60.87%比11.59%,P<0.01),Gli1在大肠癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(75.36%比37.68%,P<0.01);STAT3表达水平与大肠癌组织学分级、浸润深度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05),Gli1表达水平与大肠癌组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05).结论 联合检测STAT3和Gli1有助于评价大肠癌的恶性程度,判断其转移潜能.

Objective To explore the expression of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3),and glioma-associated oncogene 1 (Gli1) and the clinical significance in colorectal carcinoma.Methods Ninety-nine cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues were obtained for detection of the expression of STAT3 and Gli1 by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of STAT3 and Gli1 in colorectal carcinoma tissues and clinicopathologic features were analyzed.Results The expression rate of STAT3 and Gli1 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (60.87% vs.11.59%,and 75.36% vs.37.68%,P <0.01).The expression of STAT3 was related to histology grade,serosa invasion,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma (P < 0.05).There was a close relationship in colorectal carcinoma between the expression of Gli1 and histology grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).Conclusion Simultaneous detection of STAT3 and Gli1 might be helpful for evaluating the malignance and predicting the metastatic potential of colorectal carcinoma.
