将不同比例的碳纳米管掺入水泥砂浆,制备了六组水泥砂浆复合材料试件,分析了不同龄期下不同掺量的碳纳米管分散液对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:少量碳纳米管的掺入,会使水泥砂浆的力学性能提高,但是掺量过高时反而会有所下降。碳纳米管对水泥砂浆早期的力学性能提高较大,当水灰比为0.50时,碳纳米管的掺加量存在一个最优值。

In order to analyze the flexural strength and the compressive strength of the cement mortar under different content of carbon nanotubes in different ages, six groups of cement mortar mixed with different proportions of carbon nan-otubes are tested. The experimental results show that the incorporation of a small amount of carbon nanotubes improves the mechanical properties of cement mortar, but the mechanical properties of cement mortar decline when the dosage is too high. The early mechanical properties of cement mortar with carbon nanotubes are greatly improved. The mixing amount of carbon nanotubes is an optimal value while the water-cement ratio is 0.50.
