In order to accurately and completely build up depreciation system of agricultural machinery, it analyzed main design principle of decision system of agricultural machinery depreciation, introduced the thinking of the whole design of the system and its components in details, expounds the functions of the important module in the system and its fulfillment, in order to provide a scientific reference for the management working of agricultural machinery depreciation.
