Because of wrong variety selection and the management oversight in part maize cultivation fields in Pulandian city, the growth of maize was bad, the yield reduction rate reached 7%~10%. In the article, for solving the problems existing in the growth of maize, it combined many years' experiences of maize cultivation, raised 9 kinds of technique to realize the uniform of seedling, and provided a reference for farmers.
