采用现场踏查和样地调查相结合的方法,通过多次对江苏野生苔草属( Carex)植物资源实地调查以达到对植物资源和植物多样性保护的目的。结果表明:共记录到江苏省野生苔草属植物资源45种,占全国苔草属植物种数的9%;北亚热带常绿落叶阔叶混交林分布的苔草属植物最多,占物种总数的68.89%,这与苔草属植物的生境密切相关;苔草属植物主要集中分布在低海拔段,相邻海拔段苔草属植物相似性系数较高;主要苔草属植物群落的物种多样性指数变化和均匀度指数、物种丰富度指数变化呈正相关,和优势度指数变化呈负相关。

채용현장답사화양지조사상결합적방법,통과다차대강소야생태초속( Carex)식물자원실지조사이체도대식물자원화식물다양성보호적목적。결과표명:공기록도강소성야생태초속식물자원45충,점전국태초속식물충수적9%;북아열대상록락협활협혼교림분포적태초속식물최다,점물충총수적68.89%,저여태초속식물적생경밀절상관;태초속식물주요집중분포재저해발단,상린해발단태초속식물상사성계수교고;주요태초속식물군락적물충다양성지수변화화균균도지수、물충봉부도지수변화정정상관,화우세도지수변화정부상관。
By a combination method of field investigation and sampling investigation , we investigated the Carex plant resources in Jiangsu Province with several field surveys to protect the diversity of plants .The specimen and germplasm collected 45 spe-cies, accounting for 9%of national Carex plants.The Carex plants of north subtropical evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved forest were the largest species , accounting for 68.89%of the total, which was closely related with the habitat of Carex plants.The plants of Carex were mainly concentrated in the low-altitude section, and the similarity coefficient of ad-jacent altitudinal was higher .By analyzing the species diversity of 13 main Carex plant communities , the change of Shan-non-Wiener species diversity index , Patrick evenness index and Pielou richness index were positive correlation , Shannon-Wiener species diversity index and Simpson the dominance index were negative correlation .The Shannon-Wiener and Simp-son species diversity index showed a same change trend calculated based on the number , coverage and biomass .
