ObjectiveTo analyze the incisional wound infection of operation patients in Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics during the perioperative period, and investigate its risk factors.Methods9056operationpatientsinourhospitalfromAugust2013toJuly2014wereselected as research object, and the incisional wound infection was analyzed. The incisional wound infection rates of delivery women with different ages, basis disease situation, other infection situation, operation time, whether premature rupture of fetal membranes and BMI were compared. The relationship between those factors and incisional wound infection were analyzed with Logistic analysis. Results 66 cases ocurred with incisional wound infection, the rate was 0.73%. The rates of incisional wound infection were higher in patients who were older, complicated with basic diseases, sufferedwithothersiteinfection,moreoperationtime,withahigherBMIvalues(P<0.05).ConclusionThe rate of incisional wound infection in our department of gynaecology and Obstetrics needs to be further controlled. The age, basis disease, other site infection, operation time, premature rupture of fetal membranes and higher BMI value were high risk factors of incisional wound infection.
