目的：观察真武汤对肾病综合征患者的疗效。方法将90例肾病综合征患者分为观察组和对照组各45例，对照组用糖皮质激素、利尿等对症，支持疗法；观察组除常规治疗外，根据肾病综合征脾肾阳虚型患者给予真武汤加减治疗。结果观察组总有效率87.67％，对照组总有效率66.67％，两组差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论附子真武汤治疗肾病综合征疗效显著。
목적：관찰진무탕대신병종합정환자적료효。방법장90례신병종합정환자분위관찰조화대조조각45례，대조조용당피질격소、이뇨등대증，지지요법；관찰조제상규치료외，근거신병종합정비신양허형환자급여진무탕가감치료。결과관찰조총유효솔87.67％，대조조총유효솔66.67％，량조차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론부자진무탕치료신병종합정료효현저。
Objective to observe the true lateral root of aconite Wu Shang effect on the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome . Methods 90 patients with nephrotic syndrome were divided into observation group and control group , 45 cases in the control group with kidney , diuretic and suit the guard support therapy .Observation group in addition to the regular routine therapy , according to the nephrotic syndrome patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type to monkshood zhenwu tonga subtraction treatment .Results the observation group total effectiveness 87.67%, control group total effective rate 66.67%, the difference of two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05).Conclusion the monkshood really Wu Shang nephrotic syndrome with obvious therapeutic effect .
