测量了‘海瑞特兹’、‘秋福’、‘秋红’和‘四季红’4个树莓品种的光合曲线、CO2曲线与光合特征日变化。结果表明:4个树莓品种光饱和点为742.50~887.50μmol·m -2· s-1,光合有效辐射超过饱和点后光抑制现象不明显。光补偿点为20.58~72.09μmol· m-2· s-1,光饱和光合速率为9.82~17.73μmol· m-2· s-1,表观量子效率为0.0381~0.0445。4个树莓品种CO2补偿点为89.95~104.43μmol· mol-1,CO2饱和点为1136.67~2860.00μmol· mol-1,最大再生速率为25.75~45.41μmol· m-2· s-1,羧化效率为0.0258~0.0393。4个树莓品种的净光合效率日变化曲线均呈双峰型,峰值分别大约出现于08:00和16:00。4个树莓品种均具阴生植物特征。露地栽培时四季红净光合速率最高,在高CO 2摩尔分数条件下,秋红和海瑞特兹碳同化能力最优。
測量瞭‘海瑞特玆’、‘鞦福’、‘鞦紅’和‘四季紅’4箇樹莓品種的光閤麯線、CO2麯線與光閤特徵日變化。結果錶明:4箇樹莓品種光飽和點為742.50~887.50μmol·m -2· s-1,光閤有效輻射超過飽和點後光抑製現象不明顯。光補償點為20.58~72.09μmol· m-2· s-1,光飽和光閤速率為9.82~17.73μmol· m-2· s-1,錶觀量子效率為0.0381~0.0445。4箇樹莓品種CO2補償點為89.95~104.43μmol· mol-1,CO2飽和點為1136.67~2860.00μmol· mol-1,最大再生速率為25.75~45.41μmol· m-2· s-1,羧化效率為0.0258~0.0393。4箇樹莓品種的淨光閤效率日變化麯線均呈雙峰型,峰值分彆大約齣現于08:00和16:00。4箇樹莓品種均具陰生植物特徵。露地栽培時四季紅淨光閤速率最高,在高CO 2摩爾分數條件下,鞦紅和海瑞特玆碳同化能力最優。

We studied light response curves , CO2 response curves and diurnal photosynthesis changing curves of four raspberries cultivars including Autumn Bliss, Heritage, Red Autumn and Sijihong.The light saturation points (LSP) of four raspber-ries were in 742.50-887.50μmol· m-2 · s-1 , and there was no obvious Pn changing when photosynthetic active radiation was above LSP .Light compensation point of four cultivars were in 20.58-72.09μmol·m -2 · s-1 .The maximum net photo-synthetic rate (MNPR) were in 9.82-17.73μmol· m-2· s-1, and quantum efficiency were in 0.038 1-0.044 5.The CO2 compensation point were in 89.95-104.43μmol· mol-1, and CO2 saturation point of four cultivars were in 1 136.67-2 860.00μmol· mol-1 .The maximum Ru, B, P regeneration rate and carboxylation efficiency of four raspberries were in 25.75-45.41μmol· m-2· s-1, and 0.025 8-0.039 3, respectively.There were two peaks in photosynthesis changing curves of four raspberries, and the peak values occurred at about 8:00 and 16:00, respectively.Four cultivars showed shade plant char-acteristics.Cultivar Sijihong showed highest net photosynthetic rate under normal air CO 2 concentration, while the carbon assimilation capacity of cultivar Red Autumn and Heritage was the highest between four cultivars .
