目的：观察自拟中药方剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的研究方法，将受试对象分为联合治疗组、中药对照组、西药对照组，每组患者各30例，联合治疗组给予口服中药自拟方及外用湿润烧伤膏，中对、西对组分别给予口服中药自拟方和盐酸西替利嗪片，并均以凡士林外用。通过4周的观察疗程，对三组患者的主客观皮损指标进行判定从而分析治疗效果。结果三组患者的有效率依次为83.33％、56.67％、36.67％，两两组间比较均具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论中药联合湿润烧伤膏可以有效缓解皮肤瘙痒症患者的皮肤瘙痒症状、改善皮疹状态、缩小皮损面积，疗效优于单纯中药或盐酸西替利嗪片。
목적：관찰자의중약방제연합습윤소상고치료피부소양증적림상료효。방법채용수궤대조적연구방법，장수시대상분위연합치료조、중약대조조、서약대조조，매조환자각30례，연합치료조급여구복중약자의방급외용습윤소상고，중대、서대조분별급여구복중약자의방화염산서체리진편，병균이범사림외용。통과4주적관찰료정，대삼조환자적주객관피손지표진행판정종이분석치료효과。결과삼조환자적유효솔의차위83.33％、56.67％、36.67％，량량조간비교균구유현저성차이（P＜0.05）。결론중약연합습윤소상고가이유효완해피부소양증환자적피부소양증상、개선피진상태、축소피손면적，료효우우단순중약혹염산서체리진편。
Objective Observing clinical efficacy of self Chinese prescription combining with MEBO for treating pruritus cutis .Methods Dividing subjects into three groups named combination treatment group , Chinese control group and western control group using randomized controlled method, each group has 30 cases, the combination treatment group is given Chinese medicine orally and MEBO for external , at the same time, Chinese control group and western control group are given Chinese medicine and Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets respectively for oral, and using Vaseline for external use .Analyzing therapeutic effects on the lesion index subjectively and objectively of the three groups of patients through the 4 weeks of observation course .Results Efficiency of three groups patients is 83.33%, 56.67%and 36.67%in turn, there has significant differences through the comparisons between each of two groups ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Method of combining Chinese prescription with MEBO can relieve skin itching , improve rash state and reduce lesion area of patients suffered with pruritus cutis , the curative effect of it is better than the Chinese prescription simply or Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets .
