目的：观察荷叶中药封包对顽固性肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照设计，将60例顽固性肝硬化腹水患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组在休息、合理饮食基础上给予常规处理。治疗组在对照组给药的基础上加用荷叶中药封包治疗，疗程为2周。治疗前后检测肝功能、腹部B超，并于治疗期间每晨观察患者腹围、24小时尿量、体重情况，比较治疗前后各指标的变化。结果两组患者治疗后ALT、AST、腹围、体重、尿量、腹水消退分级较治疗前均有明显改善，差异性显著（ P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后相比，治疗组在降低患者ALT、腹围、体重方面，增加尿量，改善腹水消退分级方面优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论荷叶中药封包联合西医常规治疗顽固性肝硬化腹水，能显著消退腹水，临床疗效肯定。
목적：관찰하협중약봉포대완고성간경화복수환자적림상료효。방법채용수궤대조설계，장60례완고성간경화복수환자수궤분위치료조화대조조。대조조재휴식、합리음식기출상급여상규처리。치료조재대조조급약적기출상가용하협중약봉포치료，료정위2주。치료전후검측간공능、복부B초，병우치료기간매신관찰환자복위、24소시뇨량、체중정황，비교치료전후각지표적변화。결과량조환자치료후ALT、AST、복위、체중、뇨량、복수소퇴분급교치료전균유명현개선，차이성현저（ P＜0.05）。량조환자치료후상비，치료조재강저환자ALT、복위、체중방면，증가뇨량，개선복수소퇴분급방면우우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론하협중약봉포연합서의상규치료완고성간경화복수，능현저소퇴복수，림상료효긍정。
Objective To observe clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine packet in the treatment of intractable cirrhosis ascites .Method 60 cases with intractable cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .Based on the recess and rational diet, the control group was given routine treatment .On the basis of the control group , the treatment group was given Chinese herbal medicine packet .The treatment course was two weeks .The liver function and abdominal ultrasonography were checked .The abdominal circumference , urine amount of 24h and weight were observed in the morning during the treatment .The indexes were compared .Result The ALT, AST, abdominal circumference , weight, urine amount of the two groups were improved after treatment , and there was significant difference ( P<0.05).On declining ALT, abdominal circumference, weight, increasing urine amount, improving ascites extinction of the treatment group were better than those of the control group , (P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine packet combined with Weston medicine in the treatment of intractable cirrhosis ascites can obviously subsidise ascites , and had definite effect .
