通过测定不同季节水曲柳-落叶松混交林4种落叶松根际和非根际土的酚酸(2,4-二羟基苯甲酸、7-羟基香豆素、阿魏酸和松香酸)的质量分数,研究了酚酸对水曲柳幼苗生长、根系活力和菌根侵染率的影响。结果表明:(1)施加落叶松根际土的处理中,7-羟基香豆素+阿魏酸组合的处理对水曲柳幼苗生物量及根系活力均起促进作用,但非根际土中的7-羟基香豆素+阿魏酸组合处理却产生抑制作用。(2)根际土与非根际土中的2,4-二羟基苯甲酸+松香酸、7-羟基香豆素+松香酸、7-羟基香豆素+阿魏酸+松香酸组合均显著抑制水曲柳幼苗生物量;2,4-二羟基苯甲酸+7-羟基香豆素、2,4-二羟基苯甲酸+7-羟基香豆素+阿魏酸组合均显著抑制水曲柳幼苗根系活力,而2,4-二羟基苯甲酸+阿魏酸组合却显著促进根系活力。(3)根际土与非根际土中的2,4-二羟基苯甲酸+7-羟基香豆素+阿魏酸均促进菌根侵染率;根际土的2,4-二羟基苯甲酸+7-羟基香豆素促进菌根侵染率,而非根际土的2,4-二羟基苯甲酸+7-羟基香豆素却抑制菌根侵染率。
通過測定不同季節水麯柳-落葉鬆混交林4種落葉鬆根際和非根際土的酚痠(2,4-二羥基苯甲痠、7-羥基香豆素、阿魏痠和鬆香痠)的質量分數,研究瞭酚痠對水麯柳幼苗生長、根繫活力和菌根侵染率的影響。結果錶明:(1)施加落葉鬆根際土的處理中,7-羥基香豆素+阿魏痠組閤的處理對水麯柳幼苗生物量及根繫活力均起促進作用,但非根際土中的7-羥基香豆素+阿魏痠組閤處理卻產生抑製作用。(2)根際土與非根際土中的2,4-二羥基苯甲痠+鬆香痠、7-羥基香豆素+鬆香痠、7-羥基香豆素+阿魏痠+鬆香痠組閤均顯著抑製水麯柳幼苗生物量;2,4-二羥基苯甲痠+7-羥基香豆素、2,4-二羥基苯甲痠+7-羥基香豆素+阿魏痠組閤均顯著抑製水麯柳幼苗根繫活力,而2,4-二羥基苯甲痠+阿魏痠組閤卻顯著促進根繫活力。(3)根際土與非根際土中的2,4-二羥基苯甲痠+7-羥基香豆素+阿魏痠均促進菌根侵染率;根際土的2,4-二羥基苯甲痠+7-羥基香豆素促進菌根侵染率,而非根際土的2,4-二羥基苯甲痠+7-羥基香豆素卻抑製菌根侵染率。
통과측정불동계절수곡류-락협송혼교림4충락협송근제화비근제토적분산(2,4-이간기분갑산、7-간기향두소、아위산화송향산)적질량분수,연구료분산대수곡류유묘생장、근계활력화균근침염솔적영향。결과표명:(1)시가락협송근제토적처리중,7-간기향두소+아위산조합적처리대수곡류유묘생물량급근계활력균기촉진작용,단비근제토중적7-간기향두소+아위산조합처리각산생억제작용。(2)근제토여비근제토중적2,4-이간기분갑산+송향산、7-간기향두소+송향산、7-간기향두소+아위산+송향산조합균현저억제수곡류유묘생물량;2,4-이간기분갑산+7-간기향두소、2,4-이간기분갑산+7-간기향두소+아위산조합균현저억제수곡류유묘근계활력,이2,4-이간기분갑산+아위산조합각현저촉진근계활력。(3)근제토여비근제토중적2,4-이간기분갑산+7-간기향두소+아위산균촉진균근침염솔;근제토적2,4-이간기분갑산+7-간기향두소촉진균근침염솔,이비근제토적2,4-이간기분갑산+7-간기향두소각억제균근침염솔。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of applying four kinds of Larix gmelinii rhizosphere and bulk con -centration phenolic acid from a Fraxinus madn shurica-L.gmelini mixed plantation on the growth of F.mandshurica seed-lings.In applying rhizosphere concentration phenolic acid , the combination of 7-hydroxyl coumarin and ferulic acid im-proved the F.mandshurica seedlings biomass and root activity , respectively , while the combination of 7-hydroxyl coumarin and ferulic acid of bulk concentration inhibited seedlings growth .All the combinations of 2, 4-2 hydroxy benzoic acid and abietic acid, 7-hydroxyl coumarin and abietic acid;7-hydroxyl coumarin, ferulic acid and abietic acid significantly inhibi-ted F.mandshurica seedling growth .All the combinations of 2, 4-2 hydroxy benzoic acid and 7-hydroxyl coumarin , 2, 4-2 hydroxy benzoic acid , 7-hydroxyl coumarin and ferulic acid significantly inhibited F.mandshurica seedlings root activities , while the combination of 2, 4-2 hydroxy benzoic acid and ferulic acid could improve seedlings root activities .The combi-nation of 2, 4-2 hydroxy benzoic acid , 7-hydroxyl coumarin and ferulic acid improved F .mandshurica seedling mycorrhi-zal infection incidence. The combination of 2, 4-2 hydroxy benzoic acid and 7-hydroxyl coumarin of rhizosphere concentra-tion could improved F.mandshurica seedling mycorrhizal infection incidence , while the same combination of bulk concen-tration inhibited seedling mycorrhizal infection incidence .
