目的：研究参附注射液对心阳虚急性心衰大鼠的作用及可能的机理。方法采用盐酸普罗帕酮静脉注射，复制心阳虚证cxum心力衰竭大鼠动物模型，运用BL-420 E生物机能实验系统记录血流动力学各项指标，研究参附注射液治疗心力衰竭的作用。结果参附注射液有升高急性心力衰竭大鼠频率的趋势。在5 min时，各组均可极显著升高降低的dp／dtmax值。对于左心室最大下降速率，在5、20、30 min时，各组均可极显著升高降低的－dp／dtmax值，20 min时参麦注射液组、参附注射液中剂量组效果明显，30、60min时以参附注射液中剂量作用最好。结论参附注射液对心阳虚急性心衰大鼠有治疗作用。
목적：연구삼부주사액대심양허급성심쇠대서적작용급가능적궤리。방법채용염산보라파동정맥주사，복제심양허증cxum심력쇠갈대서동물모형，운용BL-420 E생물궤능실험계통기록혈류동역학각항지표，연구삼부주사액치료심력쇠갈적작용。결과삼부주사액유승고급성심력쇠갈대서빈솔적추세。재5 min시，각조균가겁현저승고강저적dp／dtmax치。대우좌심실최대하강속솔，재5、20、30 min시，각조균가겁현저승고강저적－dp／dtmax치，20 min시삼맥주사액조、삼부주사액중제량조효과명현，30、60min시이삼부주사액중제량작용최호。결론삼부주사액대심양허급성심쇠대서유치료작용。
Objective to study the effect and possible mechanism of Shenfu injection in the treatment of acute heart failure rat with deficiency of heart yang .Methods Using propafenone hydrochloride injection , duplicating animal model of acute heart failure rat with deficiency of heart yang, and applying BL-420E hemodynamic indexes of the experimental system of biological function , we studied the effect of Shenfu injection in the treatment of heart failure .Results Shenfu injection had the tendency of increasing the frequency of acute heart failure rats . At 5 min, the declined values of dp/dtmax were significantly increased .At 5min, 20 min and 30min, for the maximal descending rate of left ventricle, the declined values of-dp/dtmax were significantly increased .At 20 min, dosage of Maishen injection group and Shenfu injection group had obvious effect .A t 30min and 60 min, dosage of Shenfu injection group was the best .Conclusion Shenfu Injection in the treatment of acute heart failure rat with deficiency of heart yang had effect .
