目的：探讨红外线照射联合硫酸镁用于产后痔疮患者护理的效果。方法：选取我院2011年1月-2013年12月128例产后痔疮患者，数字抽取分为研究组与对照组，对照组予以马应龙痔疮膏外部涂抹治疗，研究组予以高渗硫酸镁溶液及红外线照射联合护理，分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：研究组总有效率为93.75%，比对照组的65.63%明显上升，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），研究组止痛起效时间明显缩短，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：高渗硫酸镁溶液湿敷联合红外线照射治疗对于产后痔疮具有较为理想的治疗效果，经有效护理后，能够减少患者疼痛，值得临床应用。

Objective:To discuss the postpartum care of patients with hemorrhoids with infrared radiation plus magnesium sulfate. Methods:In our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013, 128 cases of postpartum hemorrhoids were divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given the Maying Long cream. The study group was treated with infrared radiation plus magnesium sulfate, and clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results:The total efficiency (93.75%) significantly increased 65.63%by comparing with the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Infrared radiation plus magnesium sulfate have a more desired therapeutic effect on postpartum care of patients with hemorrhoids. After the effective treatment, it can reduce pain in patients and is worthy of clinical application.
