为了研究一维光子晶体态密度特性,文章利用多层膜传输矩阵计算出一维光子晶体的态密度(DOS ),通过控制变量法分析了光子晶体中入射光在不同薄膜材料折射率比下和不同周期数下DOS的变化情况,分析表明DOS在一维周期性光子晶体的禁带和导带边缘有突然增强现象。
為瞭研究一維光子晶體態密度特性,文章利用多層膜傳輸矩陣計算齣一維光子晶體的態密度(DOS ),通過控製變量法分析瞭光子晶體中入射光在不同薄膜材料摺射率比下和不同週期數下DOS的變化情況,分析錶明DOS在一維週期性光子晶體的禁帶和導帶邊緣有突然增彊現象。

In order to study the density of states (DOS ) characteristics of one‐dimensional photonic crystal ,the DOS of the one‐dimensional photonic crystal was calculated by using multilayer membrane transfer matrix ,and the changes of DOS in different refractive index ratio of two kinds of thin film materials and in different cycles were respectively analyzed by using control variable method .It was found that DOS suddenly intensified at the edge of forbidden band and conduction band in the one‐di‐mensional periodic photonic crystal .
