目的 探讨Jagged1和CD147在大肠癌组织中Jagged1和CD147的表达水平及临床价值.方法 收集82例大肠癌患者手术切除的肿瘤组织及相应癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测组织中Jagged1和CD147的表达水平.结果 Jagged1在大肠癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(78.82%比16.47%,P<0.01),Jagged1表达水平与大肠癌浸润深度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);CD147在大肠癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(55.29%比21.18%,P<0.01),CD147表达水平与大肠癌组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05).结论 Jagged1和CD147在大肠癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用.

Objective To investigate the expression of Jagged1 and CD147 in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical value.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Jagged1 and CD147 in 85 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues.Results The expression rate of Jagged1 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (78.82% vs.16.47%,P <0.01).The expression of Jagged1 was related to serosa invasion,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma (P < 0.05).The expression rate of CD147 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (55.29% vs.21.18%,P < 0.01),and there was a close correlation between the expression of CD147 and histologic grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma (P < 0.05).Conclusion Jagged1 and CD147 might be play an important role in the carcinogenesis of colorectal carcinoma,and might be the markers for evaluating prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
