目的：探讨采用芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者进行治疗的临床疗效。方法：随机选取我科2011年4月-2014年3月期间收治的慢性心力衰竭患者90例，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，其中对照组患者采用标准的西医药物进行治疗，试验组患者在对照组的基础上给予患者芪苈强心胶囊进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：试验组患者心功能改善总有效率为91.1%，明显高于对照组的80.0%，差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。结论：用芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭，有利于改善患者的心功能，疗效显著，建议在临床上进一步推广使用。
목적：탐토채용기력강심효낭대만성심력쇠갈환자진행치료적림상료효。방법：수궤선취아과2011년4월-2014년3월기간수치적만성심력쇠갈환자90례，장기수궤분위시험조화대조조，기중대조조환자채용표준적서의약물진행치료，시험조환자재대조조적기출상급여환자기력강심효낭진행치료，대비량조환자적림상치료효과。결과：시험조환자심공능개선총유효솔위91.1%，명현고우대조조적80.0%，차이구유현저성（P<0.05）。결론：용기력강심효낭치료만성심력쇠갈，유리우개선환자적심공능，료효현저，건의재림상상진일보추엄사용。
Objective: To explore the use of clinical efficacy the Qili Qiangxin capsules on chronic heart failure patients for treatment. Methods:From April 2011 to March 2014, 90 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group were treated with western medicine treatment. The test group of patients in the control granted on the basis of the group of patients the Qili Qiangxin capsule, clinical outcomes compared two groups of patients. Results:Improvement of cardiac function in patients with total efficiency of the test group (91.1%) was significantly higher in patients (80.0%). The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Qili Qiangxin capsules with the treatment of chronic heart failure, improves cardiac function, a significant effect. It is recommended to further promote in clinical practice.
