目的:通过Ⅰ型胶原蛋白(collagen-Ⅰ)表达的时程变化规律观察骨骼肌修复过程中电针防止过度纤维化的作用。方法使用60只新西兰兔建立腓肠肌急性钝挫伤模型后,随机分为模型对照组(A 组);电针阿是穴组( B 组);电针足三里组(C 组);电针阿是穴+足三里组(D组)。于制模后7、14、28d 取材,通过免疫组化技术检测组织中collagen-Ⅰ在骨骼肌修复过程中的表达水平。结果急性骨骼肌钝挫伤后7 d,电针组与A组中collagen-Ⅰ表达无明显差异;急性骨骼肌钝挫伤后14 d,各组collagen-Ⅰ表达持续增加,但电针组 collagen-Ⅰ表达的上升幅度显著低于 A组(P<0.05);急性骨骼肌钝挫伤后28d,电针组中collagen-Ⅰ表达呈下降趋势,而A组中collagen-Ⅰ表达继续增加(P<0.05)。结论(1)电针治疗能通过降低collagen-Ⅰ的表达水平,抑制骨骼肌的过度纤维化,防止瘢痕的形成,有利于损伤骨骼肌的修复;(2)电针刺激阿是穴+足三里的疗效优于单独选用阿是穴或足三里,两穴具有协同作用。

목적:통과Ⅰ형효원단백(collagen-Ⅰ)표체적시정변화규률관찰골격기수복과정중전침방지과도섬유화적작용。방법사용60지신서란토건립비장기급성둔좌상모형후,수궤분위모형대조조(A 조);전침아시혈조( B 조);전침족삼리조(C 조);전침아시혈+족삼리조(D조)。우제모후7、14、28d 취재,통과면역조화기술검측조직중collagen-Ⅰ재골격기수복과정중적표체수평。결과급성골격기둔좌상후7 d,전침조여A조중collagen-Ⅰ표체무명현차이;급성골격기둔좌상후14 d,각조collagen-Ⅰ표체지속증가,단전침조 collagen-Ⅰ표체적상승폭도현저저우 A조(P<0.05);급성골격기둔좌상후28d,전침조중collagen-Ⅰ표체정하강추세,이A조중collagen-Ⅰ표체계속증가(P<0.05)。결론(1)전침치료능통과강저collagen-Ⅰ적표체수평,억제골격기적과도섬유화,방지반흔적형성,유리우손상골격기적수복;(2)전침자격아시혈+족삼리적료효우우단독선용아시혈혹족삼리,량혈구유협동작용。
Objective To investigate the roles of electroacupuncture in prevention of excessive fibrosis of the skeletal muscle.Meth-ods The acute skeletal muscle contusion model was produced at the gastrocnemius by specific device;all rabbits were divided into model control group( group A);electroacupuncture stimulation ouch point group( group B);electroacupuncture stimulation tsusanli group( group C);electroacupuncture stimulation ouch point and tsusanli group(group D).At 7,14,28th day after injury,and the expressions of vimentin and collagen-Ⅰwere tested by immunohistochemistry.Results At 7th day after injury,the expression of collagen-Ⅰ were no significant differ-ences between the electroacupuncture groups and group A;at 14th day after injury,the expression of collagen-Ⅰwere increased continually in each group,but the rises of the expression of collagen-Ⅰin the electroacupuncture groups were significantly lower than that of group A,P<0. 05;At 28th days after injury,the expression of collagen-Ⅰin the electroacupuncture groups were showing a decreasing trend,but the expres-sion of collagen-Ⅰin group A was increased continually,P<0.05,group B>group C>group D.Conclusions The electroacupuncture treat-ment could inhibit excessive fibrosis of skeletal muscle to prevent scar formation by reducing the expression of collagen-Ⅰ,which is beneficial to skeletal muscle repair.The curative effect of combined tsusanli and ouch point group is better than tsusanli or ouch point group separately, the two points have a synergistic effect.
