皮肤性病学是一门涉及面广、整体性强、直观性强的临床学科,传统的讲授教学法(LBL)已不适合。将以形象直观生动的案例为基础、引入情境的案例教学法(CBL)和以精心设计、突出重点和难点的问题为基础、培养思维和能力的以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)联合运用,形成优势互补,获得满意的教学效果。

Dermatovenereology is one clinical speciality with broad covers, strong integrity and good visibility, and the traditional lecture based learning (LBL) method was not appropriate for its teaching. Case based learning (CBL) method, which is based on the visual, intuitive and vivid cases accompanied with introduced situation, and problem based learning (PBL) method, which is based on well-designed problems, stressing dififculties and focuses and culturing thoughts and abilities, may complement each other with their own advantages, and the integrated application of the two methods maybe acquires satisifed teaching effects.
