目的：观察中药内服联合中药熏蒸治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效。方法300例患者随机分为两组，试验组150例，采用辨证论治口服中药联合中药熏蒸治疗，对照组仅辨证口服中药治疗，疗程均为4周。结果试验组和对照组有效率分别为71.4%和56.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗4周后，试验组银屑病面积及严重度指数（PASI）评分较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者红斑、鳞屑、浸润单项评分比较、差异无统计学意义；两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论中药内服联合中药熏蒸对寻常性银屑病有良好的治疗效果，可缩短治疗周期，且无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰중약내복연합중약훈증치료심상성은설병림상료효。방법300례환자수궤분위량조，시험조150례，채용변증론치구복중약연합중약훈증치료，대조조부변증구복중약치료，료정균위4주。결과시험조화대조조유효솔분별위71.4%화56.7%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료4주후，시험조은설병면적급엄중도지수（PASI）평분교대조조명현강저，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조환자홍반、린설、침윤단항평분비교、차이무통계학의의；량조환자균미출현명현불량반응。결론중약내복연합중약훈증대심상성은설병유량호적치료효과，가축단치료주기，차무명현불량반응。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris with herbal oral administration and fumigation. Methods Total 300 cases of psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups. 150 cases in treatment group were treated with herbal oral administration and fumigation, while the other 150 cases in control group were treated only with herbal oral administration. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results Total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 71.4% and 56.7%, respectively, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). After 4 weeks of the treatment, the PASI of the treatment group was signiifcantly lower than the control group, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). No signiifcant differences were found between the two groups of erythema, scaling and inifltration scores. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Herbal oral administration plus fumigation has good efifcacy and safety in treating psoriasis vulgaris, which may also shorten the treatment period.
