目前，慢性肾脏病已经成为世界性的一个公共卫生与健康问题，由于尚无特效药物或其他手段进行有效根治性治疗，给患者及其家庭带来沉重负担。同时，随着病情发展，患者肾功能逐渐降低，甚至发展成为肾衰竭。因此，对慢性肾脏病必须要及早诊断、及早干预治疗。该文就近几年的慢性肾脏病流行病学调查现状做一综述，为临床诊治及临床工作者开展相关调查提供参考依据。
