目的：对流动儿童保健现状进行调查分析，为今后的疾病防控与保健工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法采取面对面调查的方式，对流动人口密集、儿童与父母均为外地户籍、父母在本地区居住时间超过1年以上的348名儿童保健情况进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果该组调查对象中，建立儿童保健手册者占58.91%，参加定期体检的儿童占56.03%；儿童保健服务需求调查发现，想要对养育儿童方面的知识进行了解的父母占95.98%。结论建立健全流动儿童保健管理工作制度，提高儿童保健服务水平，对改善流动儿童保健现状具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the flow of child health care status quo analysis, to provide reliable reference for future dis-ease prevention and health care. Methods The method of face to face survey, the floating population density, children and parents are foreign residence, parents resided in the region for more than a year of 348 cases of child health questionnaire, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Statistics found that this group of respondents, the establishment of child care manuals account-ed for 58.91 percent, to participate in regular physical examination of children accounted 56.03%; child care needs survey found that children want to raise the knowledge to understand the parents accounted for 95.98%. Conclusion Establish a sound liquidity child care management system to improve the level of child care services to improve the situation of migrant children to health care is important, worthy of attention.
