目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)变异与糖尿病肾病(DN)的相关性。方法:选择2010.1月~2014.12月反复住院病例360例,分为糖尿病肾病组(DN组)和非糖尿病肾病组(DM组),DN组220例,DM组140例,测定A1C数值和尿微量白蛋白值。结果:经Cox回归分析,A1C-SD、Mean A1C作为单独变量与微量白蛋白尿呈高度相关性,以年龄和性别加以矫正后,糖化血红蛋白变异与微量尿白蛋白存在显著相关。结论:A1C-SD作为独立变量在糖尿病时微量尿白蛋白发生中起作用,对于糖尿病肾病防治有重要意义。

목적:탐토당화혈홍단백(HbA1C)변이여당뇨병신병(DN)적상관성。방법:선택2010.1월~2014.12월반복주원병례360례,분위당뇨병신병조(DN조)화비당뇨병신병조(DM조),DN조220례,DM조140례,측정A1C수치화뇨미량백단백치。결과:경Cox회귀분석,A1C-SD、Mean A1C작위단독변량여미량백단백뇨정고도상관성,이년령화성별가이교정후,당화혈홍단백변이여미량뇨백단백존재현저상관。결론:A1C-SD작위독립변량재당뇨병시미량뇨백단백발생중기작용,대우당뇨병신병방치유중요의의。
Objective To discuss Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) variation and correlation of diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods Choose 360 cases repeatedly hospitalized from January 2010 and December 2014 , divided into the group of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and non diabetic nephropathy group (DM group), DN group 220 cases, 140 cases of DM group. Determination of A1C values and urine trace albumin values.Results The Cox regression analysis, A1C - SD, Mean A1C as a separate variable, with microalbuminuria is highly correlation, glycosylated hemoglobin variant is associated with significant trace urinary albumin.Conclusions A1C - SD as independent variables, play a role in trace urinary albumin, has important significance for prevention and control of diabetic nephropathy.
