目的：了解免疫接种造成异常反应的因素及后果，并进行对策探讨。方法对沂源县2008-2012年接种反应资料进行分析。结果2008-2012共发生接种反应16起，在处理过程中存在的诸多困难，影响正常工作。结论政府的投入、经费的保障、疫苗的规范、舆论的报道、人员的稳定、法律的健全等是影响预防接种不良反应的重要因素。
목적：료해면역접충조성이상반응적인소급후과，병진행대책탐토。방법대기원현2008-2012년접충반응자료진행분석。결과2008-2012공발생접충반응16기，재처리과정중존재적제다곤난，영향정상공작。결론정부적투입、경비적보장、역묘적규범、여론적보도、인원적은정、법률적건전등시영향예방접충불량반응적중요인소。
Objective To understand the immunization abnormal reaction factors and consequences, and carries on the counter-measures. Methods With the description epidemiology method of yiyuan vaccination response data from 2008 to 2012 were ana-lyzed. Results Vaccination reaction during 2008-2012 16, difficulties in the process, affect the normal work. Conclusion The re-sults of the government's investment, funds safeguard, the criterion of vaccine, the stability of the coverage of public opinion, per-sonnel, legal sound, and many other factors are the important factors influencing the vaccination side effects.
