葛根素是从中药材野葛中提取的一类化合物，临床上主要用于各类疾病，如冠心病、心肌梗塞、青光眼等。随着对葛根素的不断开发，其临床应用也在不断的扩大。本文在查阅国内外文献的基础上，概述了葛根素的药理作用及临床应用，以期为以后的研究提供参考。

Puerarin is a class of compounds,which is extracted from from herb pueraria, it is mianly used for clinical treatment of cardiovasular diseases such as coronary heart diseasas,myocardial infarction.With the continuous development of puerarin, its clinical application is also expanding. In this paper ,based on consulting literature at home and abroad, the article provides an overview of puerarin pharamacological effects and clinical applications, in order to provide a reference for future research.
