目的：观察黄芪桂枝五物汤加减对气虚血瘀型中风的治疗效果。方法：将120例临床确诊的气虚血瘀型中风患者随机分为两组，治疗组60例应用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗，对照组60例应用常规西医疗法治疗，治疗14d后比较两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组和对照组比较，基本痊愈分别为29、15例，显著进步分别为19、15例，进步分别为10、12例，总有效率分别为96.67%（58/60）、70.00%（42/60），两组总有效率比较有统计学差异（P<0.05）；治疗组患者治疗14d后脑血流平均速度参数均升高，治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型中风有良好的疗效，可以提高脑血流参数，值得临床推广使用。
목적：관찰황기계지오물탕가감대기허혈어형중풍적치료효과。방법：장120례림상학진적기허혈어형중풍환자수궤분위량조，치료조60례응용황기계지오물탕가감치료，대조조60례응용상규서의요법치료，치료14d후비교량조적치료효과。결과：치료조화대조조비교，기본전유분별위29、15례，현저진보분별위19、15례，진보분별위10、12례，총유효솔분별위96.67%（58/60）、70.00%（42/60），량조총유효솔비교유통계학차이（P<0.05）；치료조환자치료14d후뇌혈류평균속도삼수균승고，치료전후차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：황기계지오물탕가감치료기허혈어형중풍유량호적료효，가이제고뇌혈류삼수，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To observe efficacy of the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on apoplexy. Methods:120 cases of apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups, each group for 60 cases. The control group was given the conventional western medicine therapy. The treatment group was given the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. In 14 days, efficacies in two groups were compared. Results:In the treatment group, 29 cases were cured. 19 cases were significantly effective. 10 cases were effective. The total efficiency was 96.67%(58/60). In the control group, 15 cases were cured. 15 cases were significantly effective. 12 cases were effective. The total efficiency was 70.00%(42/60). The difference of total efficacy in two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). In 14 days, the average speed of cerebral blood flow in the treatment group was increased. The efficacies were compared. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating apoplexy with the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction showed a good efficacy, could improve the cerebral blood parameters, was worthy of promotion.
