目的：评估灯盏花素联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将112例脑梗死患者随机分为两组，每组56例。观察组给予灯盏花素联合奥扎格雷钠治疗，对照组则给予复方丹参治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组患者经治疗后，低切全血黏度，血浆黏度与红细胞聚集指数较治疗前相比有明显改善，同时其改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。同时，治疗组神经功能缺损评分降低程度较对照组更加显著，两组间差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论：灯盏花素联合奥扎格雷钠能有效改善脑梗死患者的血液高凝状态，促进神经功能恢复，疗效良好，值得临床推广。
목적：평고등잔화소연합오찰격뢰납치료뇌경사적림상료효。방법：장112례뇌경사환자수궤분위량조，매조56례。관찰조급여등잔화소연합오찰격뢰납치료，대조조칙급여복방단삼치료，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과：치료조환자경치료후，저절전혈점도，혈장점도여홍세포취집지수교치료전상비유명현개선，동시기개선정도우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。동시，치료조신경공능결손평분강저정도교대조조경가현저，량조간차이유현저성의의（P<0.05）。결론：등잔화소연합오찰격뢰납능유효개선뇌경사환자적혈액고응상태，촉진신경공능회복，료효량호，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of Brebiscapine plus Sodium Ozagrel on cerebral infarction. Methods:112 cases were divided into two groups, 56 cases for each. The observed group took breviscapine plus sodium ozagrel and the control group took Fufang Danshen, with comparing clinical efficacy in both groups. Results: After the treatment, low shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the observed group were improved by comparing with before treatment, and better than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Neurological Severity Score in the observed group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Brebiscapine plus Sodium Ozagrel could improve hypercoagulable with cerebral infarction, promote recovery of neurological function, gain good efficacy and worthy of promotion.
