目的：观察中西医结合治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效。方法：病例选2012年9月-2014年9月福州市第二医院消化内科门诊及住院患者，符合疣状胃炎诊断的患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例，治疗组予以中西医结合治疗，对照组予以西医治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、胃镜、病理疗效。结果：两组综合疗效比较，治疗组在症状缓解、胃镜疗效、病理疗效等方面较为显著，并均优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗疣状胃炎切合临床实际，是治疗VG胃炎的有效方法，值得进一步研究及推广应用。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료우상위염적림상료효。방법：병례선2012년9월-2014년9월복주시제이의원소화내과문진급주원환자，부합우상위염진단적환자60례，수궤분위치료조30례、대조조30례，치료조여이중서의결합치료，대조조여이서의치료，관찰량조환자치료전후증상、체정、위경、병리료효。결과：량조종합료효비교，치료조재증상완해、위경료효、병리료효등방면교위현저，병균우우대조조。결론：중서의결합치료우상위염절합림상실제，시치료VG위염적유효방법，치득진일보연구급추엄응용。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on verrucous gastritis. Methods:Cases selected in September 2012 to September 2014 patients visiting Fuzhou Second Hospital Department of intemal medicine outpatient and inpatient. 60 patients with diagnosis of verrucous gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases, 30cases in the control group. The treatment group was given the integrative medicine. The control group was given western medicine treatment. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patines with symptoms, signs, gastroscope, pathological effect. Results:Comparing the integrated effect of the two groups, the treatment group in the more significant remission of symptoms, gastroscope, pathological effect, and are better than the control group. Conclusion:The treatment of Verrucous Gastritis with the integrative medicine clinical practice, is the effective treatment of VG, the method of gastritis, worthy of further research and application.
