Wnt signaling pathway, a high conserved pathway, is widely presented in multicellular eukaryotes, which regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, maintains stem cell activity, as well as inlfuences cell migration and polarity. In recent years, studies suggest that Wnt/β-catenin pathway and hair follicle morphogenesis are closely related.
