依据林业碳汇交易法律制度完善的重要性，在分析我国林业碳汇交易的法律现状及存在问题的基础上，提出了我国林业碳汇交易法律制度的完善对策：健全林业碳汇交易风险分配与监管制度；明确林业碳汇交易主体，完善林业碳汇产权制度；建立林业碳汇交易保险制度，健全第三方中介服务机制。
依據林業碳彙交易法律製度完善的重要性，在分析我國林業碳彙交易的法律現狀及存在問題的基礎上，提齣瞭我國林業碳彙交易法律製度的完善對策：健全林業碳彙交易風險分配與鑑管製度；明確林業碳彙交易主體，完善林業碳彙產權製度；建立林業碳彙交易保險製度，健全第三方中介服務機製。
의거임업탄회교역법률제도완선적중요성，재분석아국임업탄회교역적법률현상급존재문제적기출상，제출료아국임업탄회교역법률제도적완선대책：건전임업탄회교역풍험분배여감관제도；명학임업탄회교역주체，완선임업탄회산권제도；건립임업탄회교역보험제도，건전제삼방중개복무궤제。
Based on the importance of improvement on legal system of forestry carbon sequestration transaction , we dealt with problems on the status quo of China’ s forestry carbon sequestration transaction law and put forward relevant countermeas -ures for perfecting the legal system of forestry carbon sequestration transaction: promoting forestry carbon sequestration transaction risk allocation and supervision system of forestry carbon sequestration transaction , expounding the main body of forestry carbon sequestration transaction , improving the property right system of forestry carbon sequestration , building in-surance system in carbon sequestration forestry , and perfecting the third party intermediary service mechanism .
