目的:分析节假日护理工作不安全因素,提出相应的防范对策。方法研究对象取自于该院重点环节护理安全管理制度前后收治的57例患者,其中制度实施前收纳的患者设为对照组;制度实施后收纳的患者设为观察组。对比两组患者临床护理满意度、护患纠纷发生率、护理出错率。分析节假日护理工作不安全因素并提出相应的防范对策。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者临床护理满意度明显更高,护患纠纷发生率以及护理出错率明显更低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全节假日护理工作不安全因素主要包括护理人员职业素养以及护理管理体系不够全面,院方有必要加强对护理人员职业素质的培养,全面推行重点环节护理安全管理制度,建立健全护理服务相关机制。

Objective To analyze the unsafe factors of nursing on festivals and holidays, put forward corresponding countermea-sures. Methods 57 subjects taken from my school holidays nursing security plan before and after treated patients, including plans for implementation before storage were set as control group; the plan after the implementation of enrolled patients as the observa-tion group. Compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction, nurse patient disputes, incidence of nursing error rate. Analysis of nursing on festivals and holidays unsafe factors and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Results Com-pared with control group, the patients in observation group were significantly higher in clinical nursing satisfaction, nurse patient disputes and the incidence of nursing error rate significantly lower, compared difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing on festivals and holidays safety factors mainly include occupation accomplishment of nursing staff and nursing management system is not comprehensive enough, it is necessary to strengthen the training of nursing staff quality of the occupa-tion, the full implementation of the holiday care security plan, establish and improve the nursing service related mechanism.
