人体基因组中超过90%的序列为非蛋白编码RNA,长链非编码RNA归属其中。大量研究已证实lncRNA与多种疾病相关,尤其与肿瘤相关。乳腺癌是目前女性恶性肿瘤死亡的主要原因。本文旨在回顾与乳腺癌相关的lncRNA,为进一步研究lncRNAs与乳腺癌的发生、发展,寻找乳腺癌新的治疗靶点奠定基础。

In the human genome, more than 90% of the sequence were non-protein coding RNA, long chain noncoding RNA belong among them. Numerous studies have confirmed that lncRNA is associated with many diseases, especially related to tumor. At present, breast cancer is a major cause of female die for malignant tumor. The purpose of this paper is to review the lncRNA associated with breast cancer, in order to for further study lncRNAs and breast cancer occurrence, development, looking for new therapeutic targets,lay the foundations.
